He is a liar and a cheat, of course, but his ability to murder disabled and elderly TCHC tenants and get away with it makes him this years winner!
His partner is crime is Tenant Coordinator Karen Phillips. She is known for her reptilian lack of integrity and humanity, ability to lie under oath, but mostly for her extremely sadistic and homicidal work evicting disabled and elderly TCHC tenants.
This dynamic duo makes the administration proud. They were responsible for the successful murder of 82 year old Al Gosling for TCHC a few years ago. With that murder, we here at TCHC realized we can get away with murder and it has been the corner stone of our eviction tactics ever since. Thanks to the homicidal work of Karen Phillips and Gord Steinberg, we at TCHC now average over a dozen murders each year. Plus there are hundreds of innocent tenants who Karen and Gord harass and persecute each year. They don't die but they suffer greatly. Keep it up Dynamic Duo, because we at TCHC support you 100%.
